This notice describes the privacy policy of www.nutri-5.ie. It also lets you know what to do if you want us to remove personal information about you that was collected or stored during previous visits to this site.

The information we receive from customers helps us personalise and continually improve your shopping experience at www.nutri-5.ie.

We also work closely with affiliates such as our Independent Consultants who we do not control. They are resellers of Nikken goods.

Examples include fulfilling orders, delivering packages, sending postal mail and e-mail, removing repetitive information from customer lists, analysing data, providing marketing assistance, providing search results and links (including paid listings and links), processing credit card payments - processing of such credit card payments and transactions are done in compliance with current PCI-DSS standards and practices as described by the PCI Standards Council, and providing customer service. They have access to personal information needed to perform their functions, but may not use it for other purposes. Further, they must process the personal information in accordance with this Privacy Notice and as permitted by the UK's Data Protection Act.
In the unlikely event that Nikken UK Ltd. or substantially all of its assets are acquired, customer information will be one of the transferred assets, but it remains subject to the promises made in any pre-existing Privacy Notice (unless, of course, the customer consents otherwise).
 
We may also disclose any information, including personally identifiable information, we deem necessary, when we believe disclosure is appropriate to comply with any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, and to enforce or apply our Terms and Conditions and other agreements; to protect the rights, property or safety of Nikken UK Ltd., our users or others. How do we protect your information

We are committed to using the highest security standards to protect your personal data from unauthorised access. That is why if you are registered with us your online account information is protected by a password chosen by you. For data transfer we use the SSL (secure socket layer) security system together with 2048-bit encryption, offering an extremely high level of data safety, we also incorporate "Extended Verification Service" in the browser to guarantee anti-phishing. Those areas of the website protected by this system will display a closed padlock in your browser and anti-phishing logos\validation.

Payment by card is secure under the above system. We only retain credit card details within the website database if you have opted for regular monthly orders. These are only used to carry out the payment transaction. However, we cannot guarantee the security of any data you disclose online. You accept the inherent security risks of providing information and dealing online over the Internet and will not hold us responsible for any breach of security unless this is due to our negligence or wilful default. All transactions are carried out in full compliance of PCI-DS Standards as defined by the PCI Standards Council.
